Health, Wealth and Love in 2013

health and wealth and love

It’s Jan 1st. 2013 and of course everyone is talking about new years resolutions.

I recently did an evaluation of the good and the bad of 2012.

I wrote down all of the things I don’t want and the things that didn’t serve me and on the other side of the paper I wrote down the things I do want.

Last night I started a fire and burned the side of the things I don’t want.

Burn the List

Bah- Bye….

Be gone….

I am so ready to focus on the I want list ;)

There are so many different ways to write down your goals and things do change over time.

What I found is if you shoot for the stars you will hit the moon at least.

In the past I wrote a ton of goals reached a few of them and then forgot about the rest of them.

So this year, I am going to focus on 1 habit a quarter and write down 1-2 goals in 3 categories of my life.

I picked these three due to a suggestion from Noah Kagan’s blog Okdork.com

Health, Wealth and Love…..

How does that sound? Sounds sexy to me ;)

Health…

Last year I released 30lbs… I know I probably told you already but I am sooo proud of myself.

This year my goal is to go back to Hot Yoga! hot yoga

I went in today and started my year off with a good sweat and cleansing my mind and soul at the ashram in Kirkland, WA.

1. to be specific. I will go to Hot yoga at least once a week.

2. Continue to drink 75 oz of water a day or something better.

3. Make dinner at home every night for the month of Jan.

If you know me I like to eat out a lot. You can check my foursquare account lol…

People literally would comment on my page do you ever cook at home you eat out all the time.

I can’t really cook, well only a handful of recipes. It’s actually not that I can’t I just been so lazy for years to do it. I used to make an excuse that since its just me and my son I have it in my mind that it is a lot of work to just cook for two.

Since I started eating clean I have been getting interested in finding new recipes and learning how to cook so I will make it fun. I might even hit a few cooking classes this year I saw a few deals on a raw food or gluten free cooking class.

Wealth…

Let’s talk about wealth. We are on TheMillionairessinTraining.com and we are going to get down and dirty with this topic here a lot more.

1. I am not going to give my money away to late fees, and bank fees anymore… That means I am going to be working on my sexy budget and make sure I don’t overspend.

2. Save a $1,000 dollars.

This will be a future post but the before you become a millionaire you have to become a Thousandaire.

I am so excited, are you a Thousandaire?

Want to know what a Thousandaire is?

A person with a net worth between $1,000.00 and $999,999.99

According to the urban dictionary it is “One whose wealth is estimated at a thousand (as of dollars or pounds). Being a thousandaire is having the attitude of a millionaire; with a touch of bling.”

That is so me!

The two ways I will grow my wealth by becoming a Thousandaire is by sharing my knowledge as a internet marketer and through real estate.

Love…

You may not know if you just found my blog. But recently I became single again.

It was hard to let go…It is still hard for me…

1. I am vowing to love myself more this year.

2. Love everyone with no judgement.

3. Be Love! In all of my relationships the new and the old.

The best thing that came out of it is my realization that everyone has overcome issues with attachment in all types of relationships. I intend to find out how people have overcame obstacles.

Whether it was from being fired from a job, having to let go of a business relationship.

Being dumped, or even being addicted to substances.

I know several strong amazing people who have overcame things that made them stronger people today.

If you are interested in a interview series on this let me know.

I will begin creating tools and interviews from amazing success people from all walks of life.

Comment below, and share with me how you let go of something that wasn’t good for you…

If you liked this post, say Love it! by sharing it.

    Hi Stacy,

I suggest setting aside 1 day (4 hrs or so) a week to do serious (double batch for freezer cooking) cooking. ie. home made marinara sauce, soups etc. Also web search for left over food ideas. For example: left over steak I turn into pepper steak over rice, Left over chicken breast becomes chicken wraps I hope this helps encourage you.

    • Thank you. I know it could be fun if I want to make it a day and cook a few different things that I can freeze. I am thinking of getting a crock pot too.
